Local pick up information

We are currently offering local pick up on all orders. Free delivery is on hold while we focus on our pop-up at Lot 34. 

Orders can be picked up at Lot 34, located in the Highlands neighbourhood, at 6503 - 118 Avenue NW on:
Thursday + Friday, noon - 5pm
Saturday + Sunday, 10am - 4pm

How will my parcel arrive?

We ship with Canada Post (and provide tracking) twice a week.

For orders outside of Edmonton, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

To minimize our footprint, we reuse packaging that's in good, clean condition. As a result, your box or protective packaging may arrive slightly imperfect, but we assure you it will be packed with care. We hope you'll consider reusing the packaging, too!

Shipments outside of Canada & USA

For orders outside of Canada and the USA, or if your city is not listed, please contact hello@violetsshop.com.

For orders shipped outside of Canada, you may be charged duties and taxes upon arrival that are the responsibility of the buyer. Violets is not responsible for these charges.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

If you require special packaging, such as gift wrapping, please let us know at the checkout or email us in advance. We will gladly accommodate!

Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?

Please contact us! We'd love to see you happy!

We'll provide store credit or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging and condition. Discounted products are final sale.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
