Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?

Homewares/Apothecary/Giftware
We'll provide store credit or offer an exchange within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging and condition. Discounted products are final sale.

Clothing 
We'll provide a refund within 10 days of purchase. Clothing must be in unworn condition and all original tags intact. Discounted products are final sale.

If your clothing was shipped to you and you'd like to initiate a return, please contact us at hello@violetsshop.com. We'll gladly provide a full refund after receiving the tracked parcel. All shipping charges are non-refundable and must be covered by the buyer. We recommend purchasing tracked, insured shipping via Canada Post, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Vintage
All vintage sold by @loveobjectshop is final sale, but please contact Candice on Instagram or at loveobjectshop@gmail.com with any concerns at all.
