Collection: Halie Finney

Halie Finney is a Metis multidisciplinary artist, illustrator, and tattooist who is currently residing in amiskwaciwâskahikan (Edmonton), but is originally from treaty 8, specifically the Lesser Slave Lake Area of Alberta.

Even though she isn’t far from home Halie is nostalgic for her northern Alberta upbringing and the beloved illustrations and t.v characters of her childhood. That’s why she is always drawing animals (both regular and anthropomorphic), flowers, ghosts, and other objects found in rural bush living --- that, and she is always trying to impress her grandma.
