PICK-UP INFORMATION

As many of you are aware, there was a fire in the neighbouring building. We've been impacted by the smoke and will remain closed until further notice.

Our friends across the street at Paper Birch Books will have all local order pickups. We're also happy to deliver, especially if you live central! If you have any questions, please DM us on instagram or email us.

Shipping Fees

Flat Rates

Alberta: $13 CAD
Canada: $18 CAD
USA: $25 CAD

Special Rates (Orders Over $200)

All of Canada: $10 CAD
USA: $18 CAD

Small Items

In most cases for small items (such as a sticker or single card) we can accommodate a more cost effective shipping option. Due to Shopify limitations at the checkout, you'll need to contact us and let us know that you'd like this option (or allow us to refund you, as we always refund the difference when it's significant!). We'll be happy to do so.

Please note that if you opt for the cheaper shipping option ($5, untracked), Violets is not responsible for lost envelopes.

Shipments outside of Canada & USA

For orders outside of Canada and the USA, or if your city/state/province is not listed, please contact hello@violetsshop.com.

For orders shipped outside of Canada, you may be charged duties and taxes upon arrival that are the responsibility of the buyer. Violets is not responsible for these charges.

How will my parcel arrive?

We ship with Canada Post (and provide tracking) twice a week.

For orders outside of Edmonton, shipping rates are calculated at checkout, but you can always email us at hello@violetsshop.com if anything looks off.

To minimize our footprint, we reuse packaging that's in good, clean condition. As a result, your box or protective packaging may arrive slightly imperfect, but we assure you it will be packed with care. We hope you'll consider reusing the packaging, too!
